These terms govern use of fclaimpredators.com and the Johna phone/text service operated by Phoenix Rising AI LLC. By using either, you accept them.

What Johna is — and is not

  • Johna is a support tool used by recognized Veterans Service Organizations and their accredited representatives, under their own representation.
  • Johna is not a VA-accredited representative, attorney, or claims agent. She does not prepare, present, or prosecute claims on any veteran’s behalf, make eligibility determinations, or advise on benefit elections.
  • Nothing on this site or said by Johna is legal, medical, or financial advice. Claims decisions belong to the veteran and the accredited representative holding their VA Form 21-22.
  • Johna may guide a veteran through submitting their own Intent to File. The veteran performs their own submissions; Johna never logs in for anyone and never accepts credentials.

Emergencies

Johna is not an emergency service. If you or a veteran you know is in crisis, dial 988 and press 1 (Veterans Crisis Line) or 911.

Acceptable use

  • Don’t use the service to harass, defraud, or impersonate anyone, or to submit false information to the government.
  • Don’t probe, disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
  • The demo line exists for genuine evaluation by veterans, VSOs, and partners. Automated or abusive calling may be blocked.

Service availability

The service is provided free of charge, “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep Johna available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free output. Everything Johna produces is a draft for review by an accredited representative.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phoenix Rising AI LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us to use the service — which is nothing.

Intellectual property

The site, the Johna service, and their content are the property of Phoenix Rising AI LLC. You may link to and quote this site with attribution.
