Privacy Policy

This policy covers two things: this website (fclaimpredators.com) and the Johna phone/text service operated by Phoenix Rising AI LLC (“we,” “us”).

The website

  • What we collect. Standard server logs (IP address, pages requested, browser type) and, if analytics are enabled, Google Analytics data about how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). We do not run ads or sell visitor data.
  • Cookies. The site itself sets no cookies. Google Analytics, when enabled, sets its own; see Google’s privacy documentation for details and opt-outs.
  • Email. If you email us, we keep the correspondence to respond and follow up. We don’t add you to a list you didn’t ask for.

The Johna service

  • Who Johna talks to. Veterans assigned to her by a Veterans Service Organization that has signed an agreement (including a Business Associate Agreement) with us, and members of the public who call the demo line.
  • What she collects. The content of calls and texts, including photos of documents a veteran chooses to send. This can include service history, health conditions, and other sensitive information the veteran shares.
  • What it’s used for. Preparing the draft folder for the veteran’s VSO representative, remembering the veteran between conversations, and producing the conversation report the VSO receives. It is not sold, shared with third parties for their own purposes, or used to train foundation models.
  • What she never collects. Passwords, VA.gov or ID.me credentials, and verification codes. Johna refuses them.
  • Who can see it. The veteran’s VSO, the escalation contact the VSO designates, and the minimum Phoenix Rising AI personnel needed to operate and review the service — under access controls and audit logging described on our security page.
  • Demo line callers. Calls to the demo line are processed the same way. Role-play what you like; don’t read us your real Social Security number.

Retention and deletion

We keep service data as long as needed to support the veteran’s VSO relationship and our legal obligations, and delete it on verified request from the veteran or the VSO holding their 21-22. Website logs rotate on standard schedules.

Your choices

Ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion: jonathan@phoenixrisingai.com. If you’re a veteran working with a VSO, you can also ask through your representative.

Changes

We’ll update this page when the policy changes and adjust the date at the top. Material changes affecting VSO partners are communicated directly.
